Basic: within 10 minutes as an MP3. Plus: within 24 hours including artwork. Spotify: within 48 hours, followed by publication on Spotify & Apple Music within 72 hours.
How personal is the song?
The song is built entirely from your story, names, memories and the atmosphere you specify.

What if I'm not satisfied?
Every song is creative and personal, so taste is subjective: Basic and Plus do not include standard revision rounds. If something demonstrably isn't right with your song, for example a detail from your story was processed incorrectly or there is a technical problem, please contact us at info@songfactory.eu and we will look at your situation individually. SongFactory generally carries out a quality check within 48 hours for all packages; if we ourselves find that a song does not meet our quality standard, you will automatically receive an improved version.
